Our team tracks their time using an online timer. You can log into the client portal to see how much time has been used on your tasks and adjust your plan accordingly.

Is there anything you don't do?
Yes. While we would love to offer every service possible, we prefer to focus on providing the best quality service within our zone of genius. We do not offer the following:

What if my hours finish before my next billing cycle?
There’s no problem at all. You’ll have the option of adding on a few extra hours to complete your tasks for the month. So if your hours will no longer be enough for the amount of work you want to get done in a month, we can upgrade your account to a higher package.
Do my hours roll over?
No, hours do not roll over into the next billing cycle. All unused hours expire at the end of the billing cycle. If you’re not sure how many hours you need, you can start on the lowest plan and upgrade your plan as the need arises. If you still feel unsure, then contact us and we’ll help you figure out what plan is best for you.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, and you can handle everything from your dashboard within the client portal. No contracts, emails, or calls required. (We’re all about saving you time.)
